Sales pipeline
A Telegram request should have a next step, not get lost in a chat
Keep a lead's source, messages, stage, owner and reminders together. Teleliner CRM connects the signal found by Radar to the conversation in Inbox so your team can see what happened and who should act next.
Start on Free. Additional team seats and running accounts depend on your plan.
Illustrative pipeline · fictional lead
One lead, from request to next action
1New request
An online school is looking for a CRM integration contractor. The original Telegram message stays attached to the lead.
2Conversation
The customer shares their platform and asks for a proposal. An employee owns the card and adds a note about the required migration.
3Next action
Stage: proposal. Reminder: follow up after the scheduled discussion. Record the outcome when the deal is won or lost.
The stages and reminder are examples. Set up your own pipeline to match how your team actually sells.
The context your team needs to continue the work
A feed tells you what appeared. A pipeline tells you what is happening with the opportunity and what to do next.
Your stages and fields
Configure the pipeline columns and add custom fields for details such as a service, budget or project type. Close a deal as won or lost while keeping its last stage.
Ownership, notes and reminders
Assign an employee, record a useful note and add a dated reminder. Configure lead distribution for your team instead of relying on someone to notice every message.
Messages and sources together
Review the original Radar signal and the related conversation. Work with incoming messages from the accounts you have configured, reply manually or involve an AI manager using the shared AI balance.
Build a pipeline your team will use
- 01
Choose a few meaningful stages
Use stages that describe real progress: new request, contacted, discussion and proposal, for example. Configure which events move cards automatically.
- 02
Connect the sources you need
Send relevant Radar signals into the pipeline or enable incoming CRM cards for your accounts. You can also add a contact manually without sending them a Telegram message.
- 03
Give each open lead a next action
Assign an owner, keep the conversation history and set a reminder. Record the result and reason when an opportunity closes.
How to keep the pipeline useful
Start with one tested workflow. Expand after checking access, settings and the first results.
A working proxy is required for Telegram-account operations: bring your own or rent one in the dashboard. Proxy costs are separate from the plan.
How to connect a proxyConfigure incoming sources explicitly
An account does not become a shared inbox just because you stored its session. Turn on incoming handling and CRM card creation for the accounts that should feed the pipeline.
Make team ownership clear
Invite employees with the roles they need. The included seat count depends on your plan; additional seats are billed separately. Set assignment rules and decide who handles human handoffs.
Choose an integration only if you need it
CSV export is available in CRM. The public API can connect CRM data to your own tools where the operator has enabled it and your key has the required permissions. It is separate from Telegram-account setup.
Questions and answers
Can I use CRM without automatic outreach?
Yes. You can review leads, add contacts, keep notes and work manually. Creating a CRM card does not send a Telegram message. Automatic first contacts require a paid outreach plan. AI replies to incoming messages use the shared AI balance.
Where do leads come from?
They can come from Radar signals, configured incoming conversations, an outreach workflow or manual entry. You choose the source settings and the point at which a CRM card should appear.
Can multiple employees work in the same space?
Yes. Teleliner has workspace members, roles and lead ownership. Free and Starter include one seat; Pro includes three. Extra seats can be added for a separate monthly charge.
Can I move CRM data to another system?
Use CSV export for a file. For a custom integration, the public API supports CRM operations subject to deployment availability and key permissions. API integration does not import Telegram sessions or let you message an arbitrary new person.
