Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Teleliner: what the service does, what you bring, how the prepaid wallet works, and what happens when Telegram - or your balance - says no.

Effective 18 August 2026

What the service is

Teleliner is software that operates Telegram accounts you supply, through proxies you supply: warming them, mirroring channel posts, discovering source channels, and watching chats for buying intent. We do not sell Telegram accounts, phone numbers or proxies, and we are not affiliated with Telegram.

By creating an account you accept these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of them.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement.
  • One person or organisation per workspace. You are responsible for everything done under your login, including by people you give access to.
  • Keep your credentials safe and turn on two-factor authentication. Your dashboard login is, in practice, access to every Telegram account you connected.

Accounts, proxies and content are yours

You bring the Telegram accounts and the proxies; you keep them. You are responsible for how they were obtained and for having the right to use them, and for the lawfulness of what you do with the product - which chats you monitor, whom you contact, what you mirror and republish.

We claim no ownership over your accounts, your leads or the content you move through the product. We process it to run the service for you, and for nothing else.

Account risk - read this one

Automating any Telegram account carries a risk that Telegram limits, freezes or bans it. That risk exists whatever tool you use, including none. We reduce it with per-account proxies, per-account device fingerprints, human-pace warming, flood-wait back-off and automatic quarantine of unhealthy accounts.

We do not and cannot guarantee that your accounts survive. Telegram does not publish its rules, does not owe us an explanation, and can change its behaviour overnight. A banned account is not a service failure and is not refundable. If that trade is unacceptable to you, this is the wrong product - and we would rather you know before you pay.

Plans and limits

Paid plans are bought with a pass from your wallet balance, for one month or a prepaid multi-month period at the discount shown at checkout. Each plan carries limits - running accounts, monitored chats, AI volume, mirrors, stored accounts - published on the pricing page and enforced by the software. Hitting a limit blocks the action that would exceed it; it never silently charges you more.

The top plan is agreed rather than bought: its limits and price are set with us before anything is charged. We may change published plans and prices; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

The wallet, renewals and grace

  • The wallet is prepaid. There are no cards and no payment mandates, so nothing is ever charged to an external instrument - money moves only from a balance you topped up yourself.
  • Top-ups: Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency, or a transfer arranged with our operator. Crypto and Stars are handled by their providers under their own terms.
  • Renewal is attempted from your balance three days before the period ends. If the balance is short, the subscription enters a six-day grace period during which everything keeps working and we remind you.
  • If grace runs out unpaid, the workspace moves to Free and accounts above the Free limit are switched off - not deleted. Your data, sessions and leads stay; turn accounts back on after paying.
  • AI usage above your plan's monthly quota burns credit packs from the same balance. Bought credits do not expire.

Refunds

  • Unspent money on your balance is refundable on request, minus what the payment rail costs to send it back. Ask us and we will do it.
  • Promotional or referral credit is not money and is not refundable - it is spent first precisely so that this stays unambiguous.
  • A subscription period already started, and AI credits already consumed, are not refundable. Neither is a Telegram ban.
  • If we suspend you for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy, the unspent balance is still yours.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up and we do not promise an uptime figure - there is no SLA on the self-serve plans, and pretending otherwise would be a number we did not measure. Maintenance, provider outages and Telegram's own incidents will occasionally interrupt work.

Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time: cancel renewal, export your accounts, delete your workspace. We may suspend or close an account that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, tries to break the platform or other tenants, or charges back money already spent. Where the breach is not deliberate and not urgent, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost accounts, lost leads or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We will post the new text with a new effective date, and announce material changes in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them; if you do not, stop and ask for your unspent balance back.
