Lead Radar
Find buyers in Telegram chats while they are asking for help
Describe the requests you want to find, choose the chats your Telegram account can read and review matching messages in one feed. Lead Radar helps you distinguish a potential buyer from someone advertising the same service.
Start with Free. Connect your own Telegram account to monitor chats.

A request becomes a signal
Telegram chat
Looking for a developer to connect our online school to a CRM. Can someone recommend a contractor?
Your criteria
CRM integration requests from online schools. Exclude agencies offering their own services.
Radar signal
A person is seeking a contractor for a specific integration. Review the original message and decide whether to contact them.
The example shows the workflow. Matching quality depends on your criteria and the messages in your selected chats.
From a busy chat to a request worth reviewing
Keywords help narrow the stream. Your campaign description gives the AI context about who buys from you and what a relevant request looks like.
Define buying intent
Describe your offer, audience and exclusions. A request for a contractor and an advertisement from a contractor may contain the same words; the campaign criteria help separate them.
Keep the original context
Review the message and its source instead of working from a detached contact list. Mark irrelevant signals and choose which people belong in your sales pipeline.
Choose the next action
Open the conversation yourself or configure paid outreach and an AI manager when the scenario calls for it. Finding a message does not require automatically messaging its author.
Set up one focused monitoring campaign
- 01
Connect a reader account
Add your own Telegram account and check that it can access the chats you want to monitor. For an existing session, follow the import guide.
- 02
Add chats and criteria
Choose known communities or use source discovery to research candidates. Start with a narrow description of the requests you can actually help with.
- 03
Review the first signals
Read the source messages, reject irrelevant matches and keep the useful ones. Adjust the criteria before expanding monitoring to more communities.
What monitoring needs
Start with one tested workflow. Expand after checking access, settings and the first results.
A working proxy is required for Telegram-account operations: bring your own or rent one in the dashboard. Proxy costs are separate from the plan.
How to connect a proxyAccess through your own account
The reader can monitor chats it can access. A link to a private community does not grant membership; approvals and Telegram restrictions still apply.
A running account and a connection
Monitoring uses the running-account allowance of your plan. Check the account and its proxy connection in the dashboard; Teleliner does not sell Telegram accounts.
A useful source and human judgement
A quiet chat may produce no relevant requests. AI classification can miss a message or flag an irrelevant one, so review signals before treating them as opportunities.
Questions and answers
Does Teleliner monitor every Telegram chat?
No. Lead Radar reads your selected sources through an account that has access. It does not give you access to private communities or a complete view of all Telegram conversations.
How is this different from keyword alerts?
A keyword is a literal match. Lead Radar also uses the campaign description to assess whether the author is looking for what you sell. You still review the message and refine the criteria.
Will a lead automatically receive a message?
Monitoring and contacting are separate choices. You can review signals and work manually. Automatic first contacts require a paid outreach plan and explicit configuration. Continuing an incoming conversation with AI uses the shared AI balance.
Can I try monitoring before paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes one running account and a limited monitoring allowance. The current tariff limits are shown below and on the pricing section of the main page.
